Review of the 2022/23 year, elections of the committee and voting on any other business.
The meeting takes place at Ayton Village Hall, East Ayton.

There will be no guest speaker or astronomy presentation at this meeting.

If anyone would like to stand for a role on the committee or do not wish to stand for re-election, please let the Secretary know before the meeting: saras.secretary@gmail.com

Membership fees for 2023/24 are due from society members and can be paid on the evening.
Non-society members welcome.

Refreshments available after the meeting.

Introduction to Astronomy evening

This event is for those who have or want to develop an interest in Astronomy but don’t know where to start or have a telescope and don’t know how to use it effectively.
It will include a short introductory talk followed by a chance for non-members to approach members for help and advice on astronomy or in setting
up and using telescopes etc.

Feel free to bring along any equipment you may have, if you don’t know how to use it.

Free for members.
£3 for non-members, payable on the door.
