Review of the 2015/16 year, elections of the committee and voting on any other business.  The meeting takes place at Ayton Village Hall, East Ayton.

Membership fees for 2016/17 are due from society members and can be paid on the evening.  Non-society members welcome.  Refreshments available after the meeting.
